ABOUT ME

Intentional Well-Being

Hi! I'm Michelle and I'm so glad you're here. I'm a wife to Ted and a mom to two sweet, busy kiddos - Isabella (13) and Carter (11) - and an adorable pup named Maple. We recently moved to the north Dallas, TX area.

I'm a health and wellness coach that specializes in helping busy women live whole-heartedly by intentionally prioritizing their health and well-being in order to FEEL BETTER. I know what it's like to live in fight or flight mode, just trying to get through each day. Not to mention juggling a family, marriage, career, home, friendships, etc...so many balls to keep in the air! Through introspection, tiny shifts and fun "experiments," you'll find what works for you. I'll help you find JOY where you are while working towards where you want to be. 


I have a bachelors degree in Psychology from Indiana University - Bloomington and received my coaching certification from WellCoaches in 2020. I'm a lifelong learner and I'm currently pursuing additional certifications, including board-certification.  Most of my career has been spent in public health, community outreach and health promotion.
